We are now searching for a

SAP Record to Report Process Manager (SAP FI/CO)

to lead the architecture, development, and integration of SAP finance solutions. In this role, you will work together with key stakeholders to ensure that financial figures are generated as efficiently as possible through business processes, enabling transparent, efficient, and reliable financial reporting.

You will also play a key role in ongoing SAP S4/HANA implementation, ensuring that finance processes, integrations, and system design support a scalable and sustainable solution for the future.

This role also enables participation in broader development activities where SAP has a key role, offering opportunities to contribute beyond core finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the SAP FI/CO architecture and configuration governance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Revenue Recognition and other basic controlling structures.

• Ensure correct account determination, controlling structures, and financial posting logic in collaboration with finance team.

• Develop finance integrations with other SAP modules (such as SD, MM, PP, and PS) so that financial postings are created automatically from business transactions.

• Maintain a structured end-to-end view of how sales, procurement, production, and project processes generate financial data in SAP.

• Manage finance architecture in the ongoing SAP implementation, ensuring consistent, scalable, and maintainable solutions including the impact of possible change requests and forthcoming roadmap items.

• Act as our finance master data custodian when it comes to ensuring high-quality master data input to SAP.

What we expect from you

• Experience and strong interest in SAP FI/CO solutions.

• Solid understanding of Record to Report processes.

• Experience with SAP cross-module integrations (SD, MM, PP, PS).

• Ability to understand and design end-to-end processes from business transactions to financial reporting.

• Structured, cooperative, and proactive working style.

• Good communication skills and willingness to work with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in global environments is considered an advantage.

• Fluency in Finnish and English.
