Patria and its functions control and develop the Group's strategic purchasing and buying, logistics, partnerships, and subcontractor networks to deliver the most cost-effective value to customers and owners. Supply chain management supports our functions at the customer interface by providing, developing, and coordinating competitive purchasing, buying and logistics processes.

Patria operates only with suppliers and subcontractors who are ready to comply in their work with the principles of Patria's Code of Conduct.

Sustainability principles are integrated into our supply chain strategy. We actively require suppliers to adhere to sustainability standards and provide support to help them adopt responsible practices.

Operating principles

Patria operates only with suppliers and subcontractors who are ready to comply in their work with the principles ofPatria’s Ethical Code of Conduct and the Patria’s Supplier Code of Conduct

All suppliers and subcontractors must abide by local legislation in every country where they operate. In long-term projects, we emphasize suppliers’ capability for sustained cooperation, including maintenance of delivered solutions and support in offset obligations.

We value suppliers who contribute concrete added value – whether as risk-sharing partners, active product developers, or strategic collaborators. These partners may be engaged early in project phases to co-develop solutions and share responsibilities.

Commitment to transparency and integrity

Patria’s supply chain governance is built on trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships. We conduct regular performance reviews and audits to ensure suppliers meet our requirements. Open dialogue and proactive issue resolution are encouraged to foster continuous improvement.

All cooperation is guided by strict confidentiality agreements and, where applicable, security clearance protocols. We require a high level of data protection and confidentiality from all partners.

Supplier selection procedure

The selection process includes a due diligence survey assessing risk management, ethics, and compliance programs. Potential suppliers must complete a self-assessment and disclose any legal proceedings related to corruption. Procurement teams use a dedicated due diligence tool to support evaluations.

All contracts include clauses requiring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and reference Patria’s Code of Conduct. Identified risks are evaluated and mitigated appropriately. Business units maintain oversight of their supplier base.

Supplier collaboration

Strong supplier relationships are essential to operational success – especially in a highly regulated and security-sensitive environment like the defence sector. Our approach is built on mutual respect, long-term partnership, and continuous improvement.

We invest in building trusted partnerships based on transparency, accountability, and shared goals. All suppliers are expected to meet strict quality, compliance, and security standards. We provide clear expectations and support our partners in aligning with industry and regulatory requirements.

We actively engage with key suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Regular reviews and performance assessments help ensure consistent delivery. Audit programs are performed according to annual schedules.

Due diligence and responsible business conduct

Patria performs due diligence on all third parties, including deeper integrity assessments for higher-risk partners. These processes help identify and mitigate risks related to compliance, human rights, and sanctions.

We also support suppliers in reporting unethical actions through Patria’s SpeakUp channel, which enables anonymous reporting and dialogue in all our operational languages.

Continuous development and collaboration

We believe that sustainability is a shared journey. Patria engages in ongoing dialogue with suppliers, industry associations, and authorities to align with evolving expectations and different regulatory frameworks.

Also, Patria actively contributes to defining European and global standards and encourages the suppliers to do the same. Through collaboration, we aim to build supply chains that are not only efficient and secure but also socially and environmentally responsible.
