System Specialist - Auto Electrician

We are looking for a System Specialist – Auto Electrician to join our Land Operations team in Valmiera.

In this role, you ensure the reliability and availability of vehicle electrical systems by diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, supporting production, and collaborating closely with our technical experts and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing electrical and electronic faults in military vehicles using diagnostic tools and test equipment

• Performing high-quality repairs and ensuring accurate documentation

• Assembling and installing electrical systems and wiring according to production instructions and 3D models

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Analyze root causes and support continuous improvement activities

• Support training and knowledge sharing within the team

• Visit customer sites to perform diagnostics, repairs, and provide maintenance recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Education and proven experience in automotive electrics, vehicle diagnostics, or a similar technical field

• Ability to read and work according to production instructions and technical documentation (incl. 3D models)

• Hands-on troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently and systematically

• Good collaboration and communication skills in a production and service environment

• Commitment to safety, quality, and accurate documentation

• Communication skills in Latvian and English
