Data protection at Patria and the Guidelines for data protection principles and practices adopted based on this information applies to all Finnish and European companies belonging to Patria Group (hereinafter “Patria”).
Patria Group – Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how Patria Plc (“Patria”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applicable national data-protection laws in Finland, Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands, Latvia, and Germany, and any other local requirements where Patria operates.
The Patria Group's Privacy notice applies to all external individuals including customers, suppliers, subcontractors, website visitors, job applicants, potential business partners, and any other individuals whose data we process. A separate Employee Privacy Notice applies to Patria personnel.
