The Defence and Weapon Systems business unit is responsible for the sales, offering and deliveries of weapon systems, air‑surveillance‑related products and unmanned solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our team to enhance the renowned Patria’s Weapon System products and play a pivotal role in maintaining our position and competitiveness in an ever-evolving business environment. If you are an ambitious and articulate individual with experience in military products or product management, this role could be an excellent fit for you.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Providing evaluation and analysis of customer needs and translating those to requirements, product ideas and commercially feasible technical concepts.

• Present product features and information to our customers and end-users.

• Participation to RFx responses and marketing activities, including but not limited to technical support, documentation, presentations.

Required competencies for success:

• Technical, commercial, or military degree with relevant experience of working with military customers and end users, or in international project business.

• Basic knowledge of the military systems and business are an advantage.

• Understanding principles of product management and life cycle process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Finnish. Other language proficiencies are an advantage.

• Willingness to travel internationally.
