In this strategic leadership role, you will head Patria’s global technology transfer and local manufacturing operations. You will oversee the holistic execution of technology transfer programmes across Patria’s own sites and partner locations worldwide, ensuring partners and receiving organizations reach the required production capability, schedule and quality levels.
This position plays a central role in building and leading a growing international organization. You will initially lead a multinational team that includes Local Manufacturing & Operations leaders and a team of Technology Transfer Managers. As our operations expand, your team will further grow with additional professionals locally and globally who will report directly to you once new production capabilities are established.
You are responsible for setting the direction for technology transfer programmes, establishing consistent ways of working across regions, and ensuring your teams operate effectively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. While you maintain strategic oversight, you know how to leverage specialists within your organization and ensure they have the structure, tools and support needed to succeed.
You will work closely with engineering, production, sales and commercial teams to define industrial participation solutions, develop localization concepts and secure delivery readiness across all global sites.
This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Production.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, industrial management or a related field
Proven experience in production setup, localization, technology transfer or international industrial cooperation
Strong competence in leading complex, multi-site technology transfer or industrialization programmes
Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in multinational environments and matrix organizations
Solid understanding of operational and economic aspects of production environments
Experience with compliance requirements such as export control and IP protection
Excellent language skills in Finnish and English; proficiency in other languages, such as German, is considered an advantage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international settings
Ability to build and scale teams, develop people and create consistent processes across regions
