Protected Mobility is responsible for the sales, supply and delivery of new vehicles and vehicle systems. We are well positioned to offer our vehicle fleet to various end users through European programs, such as the Common Armoured Vehicle System (CAVS) program.

Director, Business Development (Protected Mobility)

to join our team in Tampere or Hämeenlinna!

In this role, you will:

  • Spot and pursue new business opportunities that strengthen our market position

  • Design and document compelling concepts, partnership strategies and business models that set us apart

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to create effective capture strategies

  • Provide strategic case‑by‑case analysis to support sales projects and business unit planning

What you bring

You are an analytical, strategic and collaborative professional who enjoys shaping the big picture and turning insights into real business impact.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • A relevant university degree (e.g., business, financial administration, engineering)

  • Experience in business development, strategic sales or capture management
    (Experience from the defence sector is an advantage)

  • Understanding of public procurement and government contracting

  • Strong skills in planning, documenting and building partnerships — and developing sustainable business models

  • Fluent English skills; additional languages are always a bonus
