Commercial Director

to join our team in Tampere or Hämeenlinna.

Make an Impact in Large-Scale International Sales

As our Commercial Director, you will take the lead in high-value, international sales projects that shape the future of security and sustainability. Working closely with internal experts and global stakeholders, you will play an important role in driving strategic growth.

In this role, you will:

• Drive strategic sales projects aligned with Patria’s long-term vision

• Secure order intake targets and deliver strong financial performance

• Lead the development and execution of capture strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams during sales and tender phases

• Lead contract negotiations while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic, project-driven environments and wants to excel in international business.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• A relevant university degree (business, engineering, or defence-related)

• Project management experience in international, project-based business (experience leading sales projects is an advantage)

• Expertise in commercial leadership, contract negotiation and pricing (defence sector experience is a plus)

• Understanding of public procurement and government contracting

• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a bonus

You work independently, manage complex projects with ease, and consistently push initiatives forward. International collaboration and travel are already part of your professional DNA.
