The publicity related to the Patria’s marketing activities in the Czech Republic – The results of Patria’s internal investigation

Patria has completed except a few minor details its internal investigation related to its mortar system marketing activities in the Czech Republic.

The result of the investigation confirms that Patria’s local manager has carried out his task of the pre-feasibility study concerning the possible procurement of the mortar system of the Czech customer. His task has included keeping contact to the key representatives of the customer.

When during this process, Patria’s local manager received a proposal, which was according to his consideration dubious and vague, he reported the matter to the local police. According to Patria’s received information the manager is now the witness of the Czech police.

Naturally, Patria did not conclude any contracts or agreements and withdrew from any further discussions.

Patria emphasizes that it acts in all of its business honestly and follows strictly its ethical codes of conduct.
