The Administrative Court of Stockholm approved FMV’s Patria AMV contract

According to the Administrative Court of Stockholm decision the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, FMV, has conducted the armoured wheeled vehicle tender in accordance with the act on public procurement. The Administrative Court of Stockholm dismissed the application for appeal made by the Swiss Mowag, which is owned by the US General Dynamics.

FMV announced its decision to award a contract to Patria for AMV vehicle systems in August 2010.
