Patria starts employee cooperation negotiations in its Aerostructures business unit´s metal operations in Jämsä, Halli. Negotiations will be started due to productional and financial reasons and will affect all functions and personnel groups in the metal unit.

Negotiations will be started as some production operations will reduce significantly or end completely. Therefore, current personnel compared to existing workload needs to be re-evaluated.

The labour adjustment may lead to full-time and part-time layoffs. Full-time layoffs are considered to include maximum 10 persons.

Aerostructures business unit designs and manufactures advanced aerospace structures. The metal unit employs 29 persons.
