Patria starts employee co-operation negotiations in its Aerostructures business unit´s composite operations due to productional and financial reasons in Jämsä and Tampere.

Delivery forecasts have significantly reduced in the commercial aircraft programmes due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

All functions and personnel groups are involved in the negotiations. The labour adjustments may lead to temporary full-time or part-time lay-offs covering approximately fifteen person-year effort during 2020.

Aerostructures Business Unit designs and manufactures advanced aerospace structures. The unit employs 108 persons in Finland, in Halli, Jämsä and in Tampere.
