Patria’s Partner in Estonian Milrem LCM Changes

Kuldar Väärsi has decided to concentrate on Unmanned Ground Vehicle and Robotics business through his companies Sinrob and Milrem Robotics that has sold its shares of 40% in Milrem LCM OÜ to Mootor Grupp. Patria continues to be the majority shareholder of Milrem LCM with an ownership of 60%. Väärsi will continue as a member of the Council of Milrem LCM.

Milrem LCM provides services for defence and security sector offering life cycle support services for heavy and armoured vehicles, weapon systems and other military equipment. The company provides maintenance and repair works for the Estonian Defence Forces’ XA-180 and XA-188 as well as other military vehicles in Tallinn and in Võru.
