
Patria Oyj’s Annual General Meeting held on 14th of April 2026 adopted the Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial period that ended on 31st December 2025.
Patria Group’s net sales for 2025 totalled EUR 1,086.7 million (EUR 825.7 million in 2024). 51% (37%) of net sales accrued from outside Finland. The Group’s operating profit for the Financial Period was EUR 115.9 million (EUR 81.8 million). The consolidated income before taxes amounted to EUR 103.1 (EUR 70.8 million). The Group’s return on equity was 25.1% (19.7%).
It was decided to discharge the members of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO from liability for the financial period of 2025. Furthermore, the Annual General Meeting decided, according to the Board of Directors’ proposal, to distribute a dividend of EUR 1.26 per share owned by the State of Finland and Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS, totally EUR 35,080,780.14.
Signe Bjarttun Jørgensen (Executive Vice President Finance, Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace), Outi Henriksson (Board Professional, Non-Executive Director), Morten Tiller (Master of Political Science), Jukka Juusti (Master of Science in Engineering), Eirik Tord Jensen (Senior Vice President Special Programs, Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace), and Ilpo Nuutinen (Senior Ministerial Adviser, the Ownership Steering Department in the Prime Minister’s Office) continue as members of the Board. Panu Routila, who served as Chairman of the Board of Patria Oyj from 2020 to 2026, and Eirik Lie will step down from the Board.
New members appointed to the Board are Jyri Häkämies and Arild Sodefjed Jørgensen.
Jyri Häkämies has served for a long time as CEO of the Confederation of Finnish Industries and previously as Finland’s Minister of Defense and Ownership Steering, as well as Minister of Economic Affairs.
Arild Sodefjed Jørgensen works at Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace in the company's top management, holding the title of Senior Vice President, CEO Office. He has held several executive positions within the company.
The general meeting elected Jyri Häkämies as the next Chairman of the Board.

Member of Parliament Mikko Savola was re-elected as the Chairman of the Consultative Committee and Member of Parliament Atte Kaleva as the Vice Chairman. The following were re-elected as members of the Consultative Committee: Member of Parliament Mari Kaunistola, Member of Parliament Petri Huru, Member of Parliament Riitta Kaarisalo, Under-Secretary Petri Peltonen, Chief of Defence Command, Lieutenant General Vesa Virtanen, Mechanic Matti Falck, Patria, Systems Engineer Ilkka Kokko, Patria and System Specialist Juha Kuusi, Patria. Patria’s Systems Engineering Manager Jan Vidfelt was elected as a new member of the Committee.
The audit company Ernst & Young Oy was elected as the auditor. The main responsible auditor is Juha Hilmola, Authorized Public Accountant.
