Patria secures a top position among Finland’s most attractive employers
Patria has strengthened its position among Finland’s most attractive employers in Universum’s 2026 Professional Survey.
The company was ranked as the third most attractive employer among engineering professionals, maintaining its position from the previous year. Among IT professionals, Patria improved its ranking from ninth to eighth place.

A total of 5,386 professionals from 48 industries responded to the Universum's 2026 Professional Survey, which was conducted from January to August 2026. The survey measures employer attractiveness among experienced professionals and is one of the most recognised employer branding studies in Finland.
