Patria acquires full ownership of Defence Partnership Latvia (DPL)

Patria will acquire UNITRUCK’s shares in Defence Partnership Latvia (DPL), becoming the full owner of the company. DPL is a joint venture owned by Patria Latvia (70%) and the Latvian company UNITRUCK (30%). The change in ownership structure will not affect DPL’s operations, employees, ongoing projects, or cooperation with customers and partners in Latvia.

The transaction marks the next stage in the development of DPL and reflects the evolving strategic priorities of the shareholders.

UNITRUCK, which has played an important role in establishing and developing DPL together with Patria, will now focus on advancing its own defence industry activities.

DPL will continue operating in Latvia as before, maintaining its role in supporting defence industry cooperation and capabilities development.
