Patria Oyj’s Annual General Meeting held on 27th of March 2023 adopted the Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial period that ended on 31st December 2022.

Patria Group’s net sales for 2022 totaled EUR 627.1 million (EUR 547.7 million in 2021). 31% (28%) of net sales accrued from outside Finland. The Group’s operating profit for the Financial Period was EUR 53.8 million (EUR 61.2 million). The consolidated income before taxes amounted to EUR 49.7 million (EUR 56.6 million). The Group’s return on equity was 15.8% (20.1%).

It was decided to discharge the members of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO from liability for the financial period of 2022. Furthermore, the Annual General Meeting decided, according to the Board of Directors’ proposal, to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.95 per share owned by the State of Finland and Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS, totally EUR 26,449,794.55.

Panu Routila (Doctor of Business Administration) continues as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Eirik Lie (Executive Vice President, Kongsberg, President Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace), Mette Toft Bjørgen (Executive Vice President Finance, Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace), Jarle Næss (Senior Vice President Business Development, Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace), Iver Christian Olerud (Group EVP Strategy and Business Development, Kongsberg Group), Jukka Juusti (MSc, Engineering) and Petri Vihervuori (Senior Financial Counsellor, the Ownership Steering Department in the Prime Minister’s Office) will continue as members of the Board of Directors. New member is Outi Henriksson (Executive Vice President & CFO, Aktia Bank Plc).

Jari Myllykoski, Member of Parliament, will continue as the Chairman of Patria Oyj Consultative Committee and Janne Sankelo, Member of Parliament as the Vice Chairman. The other members of the Consultative Committee are Member of Parliament Hannu Hoskonen, Member of Parliament Petri Huru and Member of Parliament Riitta Mäkinen, Director General Ilona Lundström, Chief of Defence Command, Lieutenant General Vesa Virtanen, Patria, Systems Engineer Ilkka Kokko, Patria, System Specialist Juha Kuusi, Patria and Mechanic Gösta Sundström, Patria. New member is Equipment Assembler Juha Heikkilä, Patria.

The audit company Ernst & Young Oy was elected as the auditor. The main responsible auditor is Juha Hilmola, Authorized Public Accountant.
