Sirje Ahvenlampi-Hyvönen has been appointed to head of Patria's group communications. She has started as Vice President, Group Communications as of 30th May, 2022. Sirje Ahvenlampi-Hyvönen reports to Leena Orpo, Chief Human Resources Officer.

Sirje  (B.S.; MSc in Social Sciences) has had an extensive international career in leading and developing communications and change management operations and projects. She has worked as a consultant and executive corporate positions and has been heading and developing corporate communications for example at Ixonos, Basware and Digia.

Group communications at Patria is responsible for external and internal communications at the group level, including media relations and financial and responsibility communications.
