Pekka Ruutu appointed to a member of Patria Group Management Team

Pekka Ruutu, has been appointed to head Patria’s Portfolio unit and as a member of Patria Group Management team. He will start as Executive Vice President, Portfolio 20th June 2022, as the current EVP, Portfolio Jonas Geust will start in a new position outside Patria. Pekka Ruutu will report to President and CEO Esa Rautalinko.

Pekka, MSc. (Industrial Engineering and Management) has a long and diverse experience in management positions at ABB, Outotec, Quant, and Efora, a subsidiary of Stora Enso. He has solid experience in a variety of service and maintenance businesses. He has been heading Portfolio’s Fleet Availability Product and Service Line in Patria since February 2022.

Portfolio is responsible for products and services as well as their development and sales support, consisting of six product and service lines: Fleet Availability, Lifecycle management, Training & User Support, C5ISTAR, Mission Capability, New Products and Services.
