Hämeen Diesel Oy joins Millog
Millog Oy has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Hämeen Diesel Oy. Ownership will be transferred to Millog on 3 January 2022, and the company will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary under Millog’s ownership. Toni Koivula, Hämeen Diesel’s Managing Director, will continue as the subsidiary’s Managing Director, and Ossi Ranta will head up sales and procurement.
Established in 1966, Hämeen Diesel repairs diesel and petrol engines and heavy machinery gearboxes, and also sells newly manufactured and refurbished replacement engines. The company employs 18 people, and its net sales for the previous financial year totalled EUR 2.4 million. In addition to Finland, the company operates in the Nordic countries and Baltic region, and its customer base covers everything from heavy goods transport to ports, sawmills and the paper and mining industries.
