Employee cooperation negotiations finalised in Patria's Aerostructures Metal Unit

Employee cooperation negotiations have been finalised in Patria's Aerostructures business unit´s metal operations. Negotiations concerned all functions and personnel groups. They were started due to productional and financial reasons. Due to COVID-19 epidemic the availability of components is suspended, and delivery forecasts are reduced.

Negotiations resulted in full-time and part-time temporary layoffs until end of August 2020. Additionally, the factory will be closed for additional six weeks during summertime.

Aerostructures Business Unit designs and manufactures advanced aerospace structures. The metal unit employs 48 persons in Finland, in Halli, Jämsä.
