Esa Rautalinko (Master of Economic Sciences), 55, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors as of 30th of November 2018. He succeeds Christer Granskog (MSc. Eng) who has chaired Patria Board the last eight years.

Esa Rautalinko is the current CEO of Örum Group. He has an extensive experience in leadership in domestic and international companies. Also, he has experience in the boards of several companies and organisations.

Additionally, Senior Financial Adviser Petri Vihervuori from the Ownership Steering Department at the Prime Minister’s Office was appointed as a member of the Board. He replaces Kimmo Viertola, who has been appointed to the post of Director General of the Ownership Steering Department.
