Patria and the Finnish Military Sport Federation have signed a three-year cooperation agreement for development of conscript exercise activity. Cooperation aims at enhancing conscripts’ sporty life-style and thus to improve the quality of life of the young in Finland.

Supporting conscripts’ sport activities meet Patria’s strict criteria for sponsorship. It is socially important to support the sporty life-style of the young, in that way it is possible to better their quality of life both on short and long-term”, states Jukka Holkeri, Chief Marketing Officer of Patria.

Cooperation with the Finnish Military Sport Federation aims at expanding the existing conscript sport activity operation to all detachments and to all conscripts. Currently the activity is available in about ten detachments. Some 5000 conscripts take part in the operation.
