Patria Land Systems Oy and Patria Land Services Oy are the first Finnish defence industry companies to be awarded Certifications by the Ministry of Defence.
This certification simplifies the licensing procedures for the transfer of defence-related products within the EU and makes it easier for the Certified enterprises to obtain materiel. ”The Certification demonstrates that Patria is a reliable, experienced and important operator in the defence industry. In practice, the Certification will greatly expedite the obtaining of various components, which will have a major impact on production, delivery schedules and, consequently, the company's competitiveness. A few large European defence materiel manufacturers hold corresponding certifications,” says Mika Kari, President, Land Systems at Patria.
