
Patria has been ranked among Finland’s most attractive employers in the latest Finland’s Most Attractive Employers 2026 study conducted by Duunitori and Taloustutkimus. Patria placed fifth, reflecting a strengthened employer image and growing interest among professionals.
The study surveyed the views of more than 5,400 people in Finland on different employers. The results show that awareness and a positive overall perception are key factors in building employer attractiveness. Patria’s position among the top employers reflects the company’s long-term efforts to develop its people, employer image and overall visibility.
